Price List

This is a rough estimate. The actual price can be lower or higher depending on the complexity, number of figures, etc. Please contact me with your budget and the commission details for a full estimate and I will get back to you.50% of the payment is to be done upon agreement, with the rest paid after the completion of the piece, which is usually within a month. Payments are in USD, paid through PayPal.I will not do fanart unless it is permitted by the original contenct creator.I'm looking forward to working with you!

Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you agree to the following:I. GENERAL
- I reserve the right to decline or discontinue a commission at any time. If a payment has already been made, you will be refunded.
- My work is digital only unless stated otherwise.
- The commissioned artworks are not to be used to express / encourage hate or discrimination against any groups based on age, race, disability, gender and/or sexual/romantic orientation, appearance, religion, etc.II. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS
- Provide reference image(s) of the character. If any further details are required, please describe them accordingly.
- No refunds will be issued if the produced piece does not express the details you've failed to provide. I can perform revisions, but major ones will cost an additional fee.
- Carefully read through the ToS and Commission Information.III. PAYMENTS & FEES
- Payments will be made in two instalments. An initial 50% down payment will be required for me to start the piece, and the final 50% will be due when I complete the commission. The completed piece without watermarks will be given after I receive the full payment.
- Additional fees will be charged for excessive or major revisions (see “Revisions” below)
- A rush fee will be charged for tight deadlines.
- A design fee will be charged for clients with no reference images who would like me to draw solely from a description and/or a collection of photos.
- The exact prices for the fees are dependent upon the complexity and the number of figures within the commission.
- Payment is to be done in USD via PayPal
- Please make the payment within 2 days of the agreement of a price.IV. REVISIONS
- The number of processes provided will increase depending on the complexity of the piece. I will accept one major revision during the sketch phase. Any further major changes will require an additional fee.
- Minor revisions can be made for free for a limited number of times in various stages of the commission.
- Excessive amount of revision that would lengthen the procedure will require additional fees.
- Revisions due to errors on my end are free.
- It is up to me to decide whether revisions are major or minor.V. WORK FLOW & DEADLINES
- I will submit a sketch for approval at the very beginning after receiving the initial 50% payment. If you've approved the sketch, I will continue the piece.
- I will then submit a colour draft. If it's approved, I'll move on to complete the piece.
- I aim to finish commissions within 30 days. This may be longer or shorter depending on the complexity of the piece and other life factors. I will update you for delays that will surpass that timeframe.VI. USE
- All commission pieces are for personal use by default, and cannot be used to produce any amount of money, including digital tokens. The use for streaming purposes is allowed.
- A commercial licence may be purchased for an additional fee, depending on the intended usage and expected revenue.VII. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
- I, the artist, by default maintain all rights to my work and may use it for my needs such as portfolios and social media posts, but not for commercial usage. Arrangements may be made after a discussion and agreement from both parties.
- I reserve the right to record and upload videos of the process of the artwork.
- You must credit my name and preferably provide a link whenever the art is showcased in any way. This applies to both private and commercial uses.
- My commissioned and pre-existing work CANNOT be minted into an NFT by a commissioner or anyone else.
- Commissioned artwork may not be reposted with major editing by anyone other than myself.VIII. REFUNDS
- Once the sketch has been approved, a refund will not be permitted.
- You may cancel the commission at any time if you wish. I will issue an invoice equivalent to the amount of work completed.
- I reserve the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.IX. COMMUNICATION
- Communications can be done via Discord, email, or X. You may use whichever platform you wish, but please stay consistent with the platform of your choice during the commission for convenience.
